We want you to be completely satisfied with your science-inspired gear; if your purchase doesn't spark joy, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
